Your phone can be shipped to us via parcel locker to Pärnu Kaubamajakas (Omniva or Itella) by marking the name: TeleTec Service Point, and adding mobile number: +372 5452 8822

In Pärnu it is possible for you, to bring your phone to our office at Papiniidu 19.

* If its discovered during evaluation, that the phone lacks warranty (against impact, liquid damage or other usage, that doesn't fall under the warrantry agreement) and if the client doesn't wish for repairs, then they will still need to pay for shipping and evaluation costs at around 12 EUR.
